Kneeboarding is a watersport in which the rider kneels on a convex and hydrodynamically-shaped board and most often towed by a watercraft. The usual technique involves the rider kneeling on the board and attaching themselves to the deck with an adjustable strap around their knees. Similar in principle to wakeboarding and water skiing, the rider in kneeboarding also use a tow-rope to get going. This is a fast-paced sport where you feel the water slipping right below your body in a blurring speed. This sport is also preferred by people who have a psychological fear or are uncomfortable with staying high above water.
