Stand up paddling or stand up paddle boarding is a sport that originated in Hawaii. This sport has been derived from the basic surfing and is applicable for experienced surfers mostly. Unlike the core surfing which involves the surfer sitting on the board waiting for a wave to arrive, in this sport as the name suggests, the boarder will stand on the board and use a paddle to make his/her way across the water.
